Coachman Guest Information
REGISTRATION
All Coachman Inn guests must be registered and provide photo ID at check in. Guest must be 21+ to reserve a room.
PETS
Dogs must be pre-registered before check in. The pet fee is $9.00 fee per stay. We offer a select number of pet friendly rooms which are available only by booking directly through our front desk or website reservations page.
Sorry, no cats.
INTERNET
We provide free high speed wi-fi to our guests. Ask our front desk team for log-in and password.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Coachman Inn Breakfast Buffet is available to registered guests daily in the lobby. Hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
The Coachman breakfast includes biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, bacon or sausage, pastries, toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. We offer some gluten free items.
We offer Whidbey Coffee, tea, cider and cocoa in the lobby 24/7.
You are welcome to enjoy dining in our breakfast area, outdoors on the patio or around the pool, or ask for a to-go container to take breakfast back to your room or on the road.
A variety of frozen meals, ice cream and snacks are available for purchase from the lobby cooler, as well.

THE POOL AND HOT TUB AREA
The Coachman Inn hot tubs are open all year. The swimming pool is open seasonally. Pool Area Hours are from 9:30 am to 10:00pm
Access to pool area is through lobby door with your room card key
Important: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY | Swim at your own risk
Children under age 17 must be supervised in pool area by a responsible adult at all times.
Large Pool towels are available in pool area.
ICE MACHINES
Ice machines are located within our in guest laundry room areas. There is an ice machine in each building. The front desk will provide you a property map.
GUEST LAUNDRY
Coin operated guest laundry machines are located in each building. Washer cycle $2.00 | Dryer cycle $2.00
GYM
A small gym is located between building one and two. Use your card key for entry. Hours are from 8:00am - 10:00pm.
Guests are also invited to workout at nearby Thrive Fitness! Just ask our front desk for a day pass.
VAN SERVICE
The Coachman Courtesy van is available for in town service. Please check availability by calling the front desk.
WAKE UP CALLS
Each guest room has one alarm clock. Additionally, if you would like a wake up call, please call our front desk to schedule.
ROLL AWAY BEDS
If you are in need of a roll-away bed, please call the front desk to arrange delivery. A $15.00 fee will be added to your room charge.
AMENITIES
Additional towels, blankets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, ironing boards, and instant coffee and tea packets for your room are available at the front desk.
CONFERENCE ROOM
We have a conference room available for guest and community use. You may book the conference room one month in advance by calling our front desk for more information. Occupancy 70 people. Available for booking from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Conference Room Rental Rates range from approx. $150.00, plus tax, cleaning fee, and refundable damage deposit.

Table and chair set up fee $25.00
Linen fee $50.00
NO SMOKING
The Coachman Inn is a non smoking hotel. No smoking, vaping, use of cannabis in any form is permitted in common areas, guest rooms, walkways, in parking areas near rooms, nor within 25 feet of buildings. We do provide designated, covered smoking areas on property.
DOGS AND PET ROOM INFORMATION
We have 20 dog-friendly standard rooms available. You can book these rooms directly through our website, by phone, or by email. Please review these house rules before booking a pet-friendly room. If you need a local pet sitter recommendation, just ask our front desk team.

For safety and courtesy to others, we do not permit aggressive dog breeds.
The daily fee is $9.00 per pet.
Our pet-friendly rooms are standard rooms ( not suites, not jacuzzi rooms )
Dogs must always be on leash at all times in the hotel, and anywhere on hotel property.
NEVER leave pets alone or unattended in your room, or in car at any time.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets while on hotel property.
Prevent any disturbances, such as barking, to ensure other guests are not disturbed.
Please arrange time for housekeeping with the front desk. Your room will not be cleaned if your dog/pet is in the room.
Guests are responsible for paying for any damage or injuries caused by their pets. The hotel may charge your account for any damage.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
